Bread

Bread
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp yeast
2 tsp salt
2 cups boiling water
2 eggs
6-9 cups flour
In a large bowl put 1/2 cup margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tsp salt. Add 2 cups boiling water and stir to dissolve sugar. In a 2 cup glass measuring cup put 1 cup warm water, 2 tsp sugar and stir. Add 2 Tbsp yeast and stir again. Let rise by a warm element until cup is full. Add to sugar and water mixture. Whisk the 2 eggs and add to the bowl. Stir in 6 cups flour and knead until dough is elastic. Add 1-3 more cups until dough is firm. Cover and let rise 1 hour. Punch down and let rise 1 hour more. Place into greased bread pans or make into buns. Let rise another hour. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
