Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake
4 eggs
2 cups white sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups AP flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 cups grated carrot
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Preheat oven 350F Grease and flour 9x13 pan
1. Beat eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Mix in flour, bs, bp, salt and cinnamon. Stir in carrots. Fold in pecans. Bake 40-50 mins
