Filling;
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 6oz pkg choc chips
1 egg
Prepare filling and set aside.
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
5 Tbsp veg oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup water
1 Tbsp vinegar
In a large bowl stir flour and 4 dry ingredients below it. In a second bowl beat wet ingredients. Gradually add the 2 together. Beat til smooth. Fill 18 lined cupcake tins about half full of batter. Top each with a Tbsp of filling. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until the top springs back when pressed.
