Fresh Tomato Salsa
4 medium tomatoes seeded, chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 large jalapeno chile seeded, finely chopped
Tortilla chips
Mix all ingredients in a non metal bowl and chill for 2 hours for flavors to blend. Serve with tortilla chips. Can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.
