Tostada Chicken Salad
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp sour cream
2 Tbsp mayo
2 tsp Taco seasoning or Southwest seasoning
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
2 tostada shells
3 cups shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chunky salsa
1/2 medium avocado, sliced (optional)
In a medium bowl mix chicken, cilantro, sour cream, mayo, seasoning mix and onion. Place 1 tostada shell on each palte and top each with half the lettuce. Top each with half the chicken. Drizzle salsa on top and garnish with avocado.
