Caramel Fondue

Caramel Fondue

Can of sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup marg
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat on medium until boiling, stir constantly to prevent scorching. If it gets to thick add 1/4 cup 1/2 and 1/2 cream or evaporated milk. Carefully pour into a fondue pot or small crock pot and place over low heat. Serve with fruit, popcorn clusters, white cake chunks or whatever you prefer.

I've tried caramel fondue from a friend's party and I really loved it. Although my kids are crazy about chocolate fondue, my husband on the other hand prefers cheese fondue. So we usually take turns on whose favorite fondue we'll be having week after week after week!
