Cream Cheese Tarts

Cream Cheese Tarts

16oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 pkg vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling
Place wafers in the bottom of cupcake papers round side up. Beat other ingredients except pie filling together. Spoon 1/2 full over wafers. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Top with cherry pie filling once cooled.

*These are the best mini cheese cakes in the world. I got this recipe from my Aunt Gloria.
