Homemade Ginger Ale

Homemade Ginger Ale

2 cups sugar

2 cups water

2 cups ginger peeled and cut into coin size

Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 mins (to light syrup)or so then let cool completely 2-3 hours strain and

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 30 days

To mix add ice cubes to a glass pour in ginger syrup and then add Club Soda to taste (start with 25% syrup to Soda ratio and then adjust to taste)
