Sour cream pie
1 cup sugar 1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp flour 2 egg yolks (save whites) } mix together
1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt
Put 1 cup of raisins in a little water, simmer for 10 minutes. Add creamed mixture to raisins (do not drain water) cook until thick stirring constantly. Put in a baked pie crust. Use left over egg whites for meringue.
meringue: 2 egg whites beaten until stiff, gradually add ¼ cup of sugar, spread over pie & back until golden brown.
