Spinach Bread Dip

Spinach Bread Dip

Hollowed sourdough loaf
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 cup mayo
1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup onion
1 pkg knorr veggie soup mix
1 cup chopped fried bacon
1 cup sour cream
1 red pepper chopped
1 green pepper chopped

Thaw spinach and drain well. Fry enough bacon to equal 1 cup chopped. Mix all ingredients except bread in a bowl. Fill hollow loaf, wrap in tin foil. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hours.
