Cheesy Pepper Jelly Tarts
1 cup marg
2 cups flour
1 cup shredded cheese
Mix together to form a crumbly mixture you can form into balls. You may need to add more flour or margarine. Roll into balls and place in a mini muffin tin. Press wells in the center of each with you thumb.
Sweet pepper jelly
Cream cheese
Fill wells of tarts with pepper jelly. Bake at 350 until tarts are set. Top with cream cheese as soon as you remove them from the oven.
* I have never had a recipe for these but I tried them at a bridal shower and had to try and make them on my own. They are to die for! You may have to play with the ingredients for your tart but don't worry if they seem too crumbly. Once you bake them the cheese and marg will set the flour.
