Holiday Bars
cookie base;
1 cup marg
1 cup br sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
topping;
1/2 cup icing sugar
16 oz choc chips
10 oz. mini rainbow marshmallows
Cream margarine brown sugar and eggs. Add flour and salt. Spread in a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.Cool.
Melt choc chips and marg, remove from heat and stir in sugar and marshmallows. Spread over cookie base. Chill for 2 hours and cut into bars once chilled.
