Orange pretzel dessert
2 cups crushed pretzels
3 tsp plus ¾ cup sugar divided
¾ cup cup butter melted
2 pkg (3oz each) orange jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cans (8oz each) crushed pineapple drained
1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges drained
1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese
2 cups cool whip
Combine pretzels & 3 tsp sugar, stir in butter. Press into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 10 min cool. In a bowl dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add fruit & chill until almost set (about 30 min). beat cream cheese & remaining sugar until smooth ,fold in cool whip & spread over crust, spoon Jell-O mixture over cream cheese layer,. Cover & refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until firm
This is a really neat twist on a sweet dessert I LOVE it!! Not sure where I got it!
