Rustic Pizza Dough

Rustic Pizza Dough
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cup- 1 3/4 cup lukewarm water
3 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp salt
olive oil
Let yeast, sugar and water sit for 10 minutes to rise. Add flour and salt. Knead. Cover dough with olive oil. Let rise in a glass or steel bowl for at least 4 hours. Make into pizza dough.
