Puff Pastry
1 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1 egg and 3Tbsp water beaten
Cut butter into flour until coarse looking. Slowly add in egg mix. Roll out add cut into desired size. Place in muffin tins or pie shell. Cover with foil and weigh down. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes. Remove foil snd bake 10 minutes more. Fill and rebake.
