Saskatoon pie filling

Saskatoon pie filling

8 cups fresh or frozen Saskatoon’s 2 cups sugar
3 heaping tbsp minute tapioca 2 desert spoons of lemon juice

Add all together with a small amount of water & simmer on low. Put into unbaked double pie crust & bake!
