Tart & Tangy pork chops

Tart & Tangy pork chops

10 pork chops 2 ¼ cup ketchup
¾ cup honey 3 tsp salt
¾ tsp garlic powder ¾ tsp pepper
2 lemons sliced

Arrange chops in single layer on baking dish, combine ketchup honey, salt & garlic powder & pepper, pour over chops. Place lemon slices on top of chops. Bake uncovered @ 325 for 1 ½ hours.

This came from the 4-H cook book it is so good! We always cut the center out of the lemon & eat it with the chop!
