Summer's Bounty Smoothies
1 ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks
1 ripe nectarine, peeled, pitted and quartered
4-5 large strawberries, cut in half
1 cup strawberry frozen yogurt
Blend in a blender for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
Serves 2
