Ham Souper Supper

Ham Souper Supper

1 can mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 soup can minute rice
1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli
1 cup cubed cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped ham (may add more)

Mix the soup, water and rice in a casserole dish. Add the broccoli, cheese, and ham. Stir to mix evenly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
This recipe is perfect for using up leftover ham.
