Cheddar Broccoli Salad
6 cups fresh broccoli florets
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion (I used red onions)
1-1/2 cups mayo
3/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
12 strips bacon cooked and crumbled ( or real bacon bits)
Combine all ingredients except bacon. Toss and then chill for 4 hours, add bacon just before serving.
