Cream Of Mushroom Soup Mix

1 C dried mushrooms
1/2 tsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. dried lemon rind, grated
3 T all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 C dried milk powder

Combine all ingredients and store in a tightly covered container. TO USE: stir into 1 1/2 quarts boiling water. Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Cover and cook over very low heat 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 4.

Cinnamon Pancakes In A Jar
3 cups flour
4tsp cinnamon
2 1/4 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 1/4tsp salt
Layer in a quart jar and add instruction tag;
Combine 3/4 cups milk, 1 egg, 2Tbsp veg oil, and 1 1/3 cups dry mix together until lumpy. Cook on a griddle.

Easy Cocoa mix

Easy Cocoa mix
1 2lb box Nestle quick powder
1 16oz. jar coffee mate
1 lb box icing sugar
1 8oz. box dry milk
Mix all ingredients together and store in airtight containers or jars. Add instruction tags to the jars;
Use 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons of mix per cup of boiling water.Enjoy!

Cowboy Cookie Mix in a jar
1 1/3 cup quick oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup choc chips
Combine the next 4 ingredients together;
1 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt.
Layer ingredients in a 1 quart jar and add instruction tag;

In a large bowl cream 1/2 cup margarine, 1 egg, 3 Tbsp water and jar contents. Drop from spoon onto a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
